  近年来,杭州市以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为主线,深刻认识“文化认同是民族团结之根、民族和睦之魂”,多措并举引导各民族文化在中华文化的百花园中相互碰撞、相互交织,推动各民族文化的传承保护和创新交融,促进各民族共同团结奋斗、共同繁荣发展,推动共同富裕迈出实质性步伐。

  民族团结“同心圆”越画越大

  文化如水,浸润无声,连接着一个民族的过去、现在和未来,蕴含着中华民族独特的精神特质和文化内涵。

  良渚是实证中华五千多年文明史的圣地。良渚古城遗址公园作为浙江省级民族团结进步宣传教育基地,一方面迎接八方游客讲好中华文明、中华民族的起源故事,另一方面打造民族互促互融平台,邀请各民族学生、志愿者、群众参与讲解、玉器制作体验等丰富多彩的活动,凝聚民族团结的共融氛围。

  位于杭州余杭“良渚文化大走廊”建设区百丈镇的“之江同心·传梭天地石榴红”宣传教育体验馆内,收藏着2万余把来自全国56个民族的梭子,成为承载中华民族“多元一体”大家庭的“窗口”之一。

  2002年,从收到布依族阿婆的一把梭开始,上述体验馆馆长、浙江省土布纺织技艺非遗传承人郑芬兰开启了“寻梭之旅”。20多年间,她以“梭”为媒,讲述人与人、人与乡村的故事。

  “我从小在妈妈的织布声中睡去,在织布声中醒来……”郑芬兰8岁起,就跟着妈妈、奶奶学习土布纺织,“不同地区的技艺工法会有些差别,体现在梭子上,就形成了不同的模样,织就各具特色的民族服饰,丰富了绚丽多姿的民族文化。”

  在“寻梭之旅”中,她发现少数民族同胞拥有精湛的手工技艺,却鲜为人知。郑芬兰17次进藏,背回68把梭,将传统技艺带出大山。

  建设“之江同心·石榴红”家园,打造“石榴红”体验馆、志愿者服务队、宣讲团、工作室……近年来,杭州立足自身资源禀赋,发挥各地区优势,推动形成各具特色的“石榴红”阵地,持续放大共融效应,打造具有鲜明特色的民族团结实践样板。

  截至目前,杭州市共创建市级之江同心·石榴红引领单位61家,入选浙江省民族团结进步创建重点培育单位68家,获评全国民族团结进步创建示范单位6家,铸牢中华民族共同体意识工作的“毛细血管”不断延伸。

  “各民族要像石榴籽一样紧紧抱在一起”,在杭州,这一生动鲜活的比喻已成为现实图景。

  促进各族群众走上“共富路”

  “十多年前我来过莪山,但这次来发现,变化太大了。”当江苏游客张国忠再次走进浙江杭州桐庐县莪山畲族乡时,一栋栋白墙黛瓦的小楼错落有致,书屋、咖啡屋时而可见,水墨画般的风景令其称赞。

  莪山畲族乡是杭州地区唯一的少数民族乡,2019年创成“中国畲族第一乡”。

  近年来,该民族乡持续做强“畲乡文化”品牌,打造畲寨红街、红曲广场等独具畲乡风情的建筑风貌,扮靓面貌的同时,发扬畲乡“红曲文化”,植入高山流水长桌宴等民族特色业态,盘活村级闲置资源,构建“村民-村集体-第三方”链接机制,增强自身发展的内在动力,让当地的乡村旅游业如日中天。

  此外,莪山畲族乡还实现5G技术全区域覆盖,催生了诸多数字应用新场景,用数字化技术为美丽乡村的共富路提供更多可能。

  “中华民族优秀传统文化是我们最珍贵的发展资源,要挖掘好、保护好、传承好。”莪山畲族乡相关负责人如是说。

  据介绍,2022年4月,莪山畲族乡通过了国内首个民族乡村共同富裕团体标准《民族乡村共同富裕指标体系》,让民族文化实实在在转化为生产力、市场力、竞争力,曾经的“山坳坳”变成了“金窝窝”,“如今,红街畲寨越来越红火,大家的日子也越来越红火。”
